Keegan Gregg
Keegan is President of Orion180 Mortgage, where he directs the company’s mission to deliver innovative, customer-focused mortgage solutions. With over a decade of leadership experience across the U.S. Army and the insurance sector, Keegan applies a disciplined, data-driven, and client-centric approach to operations and service delivery. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President of Flood and Reinsurance at Orion180 Insurance Services, where he spearheaded advanced analytics initiatives and strategic risk management. Keegan holds a bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University and an MBA from the University of Florida. His leadership is grounded in integrity, transparency, and a commitment to blending technology with human compassion to simplify and elevate the mortgage experience for clients.
Director of Mortgage Operations
Steve Bailey
Steve is a veteran mortgage executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience in mortgage operations and fulfillment. His expertise spans underwriting, credit policy, and compliance across several national lending institutions. As Director of Mortgage Operations at Orion180 Mortgage, Steve brings a proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams and end-to-end operational infrastructure—including processing, underwriting, quality control, and loan delivery—with a strong focus on regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, Steve has led underwriting operations at top-tier lenders including Flagstar Bank, DHI Mortgage, and North American Savings Bank. He has consistently delivered measurable results by reducing turn times, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing effective training and risk management programs. Steve’s deep knowledge encompasses agency and non-agency lending, FHA/VA guidelines, portfolio and Non-QM products, and operational risk strategy. Recognized for driving strategic improvements and cultivating performance-driven cultures, Steve is dedicated to operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
